Artist Submission
Artwork Guidelines
- Full Coverage Required: All four sides of the utility box must be painted. Each side should stand on its own visually and not be an exact duplicate, while still allowing for a cohesive overall design. We will add stencil for our information in an appropriate space
- Design Submission: Artwork must be submitted using one of the approved templates provided below.
- Paint Specifications: All paint must be low-VOC, non-metallic, and appropriate for the surrounding neighborhood environment.
- Approval Process: All designs are subject to approval by the City of Los Angeles, L.A.D.O.T, and the Paint West Valley Board.
