Artist Submission
Artwork Guidelines
- Full Coverage Required: All four sides of the utility box must be fully wrapped with artwork. Each side should stand on its own visually and not be an exact duplicate, while still allowing for a cohesive overall design. We will add stencil for our information in an appropriate space
- Design Submission: Artwork must be submitted using one of the approved templates provided below.
- Paint Specifications: All paint must be low-VOC, non-metallic, and appropriate for the surrounding neighborhood environment.
- Approval Process: All designs are subject to approval by the City of Los Angeles, LADOT, and the Community Benefit Foundation (CBF).
